Dr. Saaz's Ponder Point Czech Lager

Painted Pachyderm Amber (California Common)
This light amber beer has fruity and caramel malt notes complimented by a Northern Brewer hop presence. Fermented with lager yeast at ale fermentation temperatures, the California Common style showcases a balance of malt backbone and subtle hop presence. Two Mouths Pale Ale
This light golden ale showcases traditional Northwest hops such as Cascade, Citra and Simcoe. A light hop aroma and flavor are followed by the grounding influences of specialty malts. Showcasing the hops in cooperation with the malt, this is a highly drinkable beer, making you wish you had another Two Mouths! Hop Profile: Cascade, Citra, Simcoe.

Mineral Point New England IPA
An American IPA with intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, smooth mouthfeel, and substantial haze. Less perceived bitterness than traditional IPAs with an emphasis on late hopping, especially dry hopping, using hops with tropical fruit qualities lending to the specific ‘juicy’ character for which this style is known. Hop Profile: Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, Columbus. 5.8% ABV, 38 IBU - $6.50 pint, $11.00 grunt, $20.00 growler.
Maiden Rock IPA
This copper colored ale is the sister to our pale ale, only with more hops! The use of ample quantities of traditional Northwest hops late in the boil as well as generous dry-hopping gives this beer the quintessential aroma of the Northwest brewing industry. Echo Bay Double IPA
An intensely hoppy, strong IPA without the big, rich, complex maltiness and residual sweetness and body of an American barleywine. Strongly hopped, but clean, dry, and lacking harshness. Lightning Creek Old British Strong Ale (Spring Seasonal)
OUT OF SEASON - An ale of significant alcoholic strength, bigger than strong bitters and brown porters, though usually not as strong or rich as barleywine. Ginland Northwest Gin Barrel Aged Double I.P.A. (Summer Seasonal)
OUT OF SEASON - Double I.P.A. aged on gin barrel chips then flavored with fresh juniper berries. This Double I.P.A. is balanced and assertive with the Gin Barrel providing some light vanilla and charred wood notes while the fresh juniper berries brighten this beer up like a sunny summer day!

Scotchman's Peak Imperial Scotch Ale (Fall Seasonal)
A malt-focused, caramelly beer with a balanced yet slightly sweet finish. Hops are used only to balance and support the malt. Uncharacteristic to this style, we use a small amount of peat malt to add complexity and a slight smokiness.

Blacktail Imperial Stout (Winter Seasonal)
An intensely-flavored, big, dark ale with coffee and chocolate notes. Surprisingly smooth and balanced for such a big beer, 10.3 ABV, 70 IBU, $15.00 grunt, $25.00 growler.
